Dianne began her nursing career at the age of 21. She worked as a midwife, and also spent two years in America as an obstetric nurse. Dianne re-trained to be a health visitor and this opened up a whole new career pathway for her. Dianne has fourteen year experience working with vulnerable homeless families placed in temporary accommodation. In 2014, she joined the homeless, refugee and asylum team for St George’s hospital. In April 2019, the team transferred to Central London Community Health care NHS trust for Wandsworth and Richmond. The team continues to deliver a service to homeless families, asylum seekers, refugees and rough sleepers by preventing social exclusion and ensuring they offer an inclusion and holistic health service to people who are often the most vulnerable and challenging to engage is enriching and rewarding.

Dianne is the Health visiting lead for the network.
